| 摘 要： | 简要论述了负载分配控制技术的控制原理,主要参数的计算,并以VAI板坯连铸机为例介绍了控制参数的实现过程。这种控制技术利用了PLC和变频器之间的PROFIBUS通讯技术和变频器的矢量控制技术,保证了产品的质量,设备安全运行,延长电机的使用寿命,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | This article briefly elaborated the load assignment control technology controlprinciple,the main parameter computation,and introduced the controlled variable realization process take VAI tube blank Lian Zhuji as the example.This kind of control technology has been used between PLC and the frequency changer PROFIBUS communication,lengthened and the frequency changer vector control technology,guaranteed the product quality,the equipment safe operation,lengthened the electrical machinery the service life,and enhanced the production efficiency. |
