摘    要:为在船舶柴油机上燃烧乳化重油,开发了一种能动态调节油水比例、保持油水比例稳定的智能混合系统。单片机采集柴油机转速信号、油流量信号以及乳化重油流量信号,通过对这些信号的处理和计算,实现对水流量的精确计量和控制,从而达到柴油机燃烧工况所需的最佳油水比例。试验结果表明,此智能混合系统不仅能避免单纯燃用重油引起的高有害气体排放量的问题,且价格低廉,结构简单,容易控制,节省燃油,具有很大的社会和环境效益。

Abstract:In order to burn the emulsifying heavy-oil on a diesel engine, a mixing system of automatic controlling was proposed, which can be used to adjust the water-oil proportion dynamically and also keep the proportion stable. The single-chip microcomputer collects singles of engine rev, heavy-oil flux and emulsifying heavy-oil flux. Through managing and calculating these singles, the single-chip microcomputer is able to precisely estimate and control the water flux, with which the heavy-oil and water can reach their optimal proportion fitting the burning going of diesel engine. The experiment results indicate that the mixing system not only can avoid problems of high bad gas concentration which was born by burning heavy-oil singly, but also has obvious social benefit and environmental benefit because of its favorable price, simple structure, simple operation and economy oil wastage.
