轻型载货车驾驶室锁紧机构的结构特点及设计

摘    要:目前大部分轻型载货车平头驾驶室采用扭杆式翻转机构,该装置要求其锁紧机构必须安全可靠。以某轻型载货车的驾驶室锁紧机构为例,阐述了轻型载货车驾驶室锁紧机构的结构特点、工作原理和设计方法以及其优缺点。

Abstract:Nowadays,the most cab of cab-ahead-of-engine truck is overturned by the moment of torsion bar counteracting deadload moment,and it is necessary that lockup mechanism must be safe and reliable. The principle and design method of the lockup mechanism of the cab were explained in this paper by use a type of light truck cab as an example, the advantage and disadvantage were pointed out too.
