双圆弧齿轮的修端工艺方法

摘    要:在M3150E滚齿机上对双圆弧齿轮进行齿轮轮齿修端试验,以期解决该种类齿轮在生产实践中发生齿端断齿和传动噪声,振动过大等问题.根据圆弧齿轮强度计算,确定JB2940-81型双圆弧齿轮的修端参数;然后在国内常见的M3150E精密滚齿机上设计出齿轮修端的加工工艺方法,并在“封闭功率流”齿轮试验台上进行齿轮轮齿齿根强度试验,结果表明该工艺方法简单有效,对提高双圆弧齿轮的强度,降低齿轮传动噪声有实用价值,并可进一步推广为渐开线齿轮修端,提高其传动强度.

Abstract:After determining modification parameters,a technical method for process end-relieved double W-N gears on general hobbers was proposed on a precision hobber-M3150E to make the modified gear,and strength tests was conducted to measure bending stresses at tooth roots on a"closed power stream"gear testing system.The test resacts show that the simple and effective method can reduce the so-called"tooth end effect",increase gear strength and decrease noise and vibration of gearboxes.
