摘    要:以某地进港立交桥维修加固工程为依托,采用PLC液压同步控制系统及定位千斤顶系统将现浇连续曲线梁桥同步整体顶升,设立临时多向支座系统,释放由桥梁侧倾不完全复位引起的内力及变形,然后用安装在侧面的千斤顶对桥梁进行纠偏复位并更换原有支座等部件,该工艺为今后类似结构的纠偏加固施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the maintenance and reinforcement of one port entrance overpass,synchronized with PLC control system and positioning the hydraulic jack system to synchronize the lifting of the whole cast-in-situ continuous bridge,the temporary multi-bearing system was established,the internal forces and deformation were released caused by incompletely reset of the bridge,and then the correction and reset of the bridge were carried out by using the jack on a side,furthermore,the original bridge support and other components were replaced.The technology provides references for correction and reinforcement of similar structures in future.
