汽车电器产品耐电压测试系统

摘    要:介绍机动车辆类强制性认证制度和耐压测试的基本原理,设计了符合IEC61010标准的由工业PC控制的机动车辆产品耐压测试系统。系统由程控电源、测试回路、信号采样、调理电路和数据采集接口卡等部分组成,其中程控电源采用电压电流瞬时值双环控制,确保测试电源稳定,波形畸变小;实验数据表明系统工作稳定,数据重复精度高。

Abstract:Automotive compulsory certification policy and the principle of voltage withstanding are introduced here. The voltage withstanding test system for the industrial PC-based automotive products is designed corresponding to the standards of IEC61010. The system is composed of programmable power, test circuit, signal sampler, signal conditioner and data acquisition card. The experience data show that this system works stably and has the high repeatability of data.
