大骨节病病区饮水有机物调查研究

摘    要:采集陕西省榆林市大骨节病病区蟒坑村,马家兔村及非病区长海则村和陕西省彬县大骨节病病区先锋村、韩家村的饮用水各200 L,经XAD 7 高效吸附树脂富集,甲醇 丙酮洗脱后,采用色谱/质谱/红外光谱/计算机联机分析鉴定。病区水样共检出了12 种6 类有机物,其中烷基、羟基 二氢萘和临苯二甲酸酯均属含苯环的对人和动物有害的有机物,它们在病区水样有机物中的相对丰度均大于74% 。非病区水样检出了7 种5 类有机物,其中对人和动物有害的含苯环化合物在有机物中的相对丰度为33% ,与病区形成显著性差异。病区水样的红外光谱中特殊强吸收峰为1100 cm - 1、1630 cm - 1和850 cm - 1,主要是样品中含芳香烃、醇类和酰胺类化合物,而非病区水样的该吸收峰相对很低,形成显著差异。提示饮水中含苯环有机物(无论是芳香烃或者是烷基苯酚)可能是致大骨节病的主要有机物

Abstract:The theory which focuses on the organic compounds in drinking water is assumed to be one of the three theories on the etiology of KBD.The research began with gathering 200 literes of drinking water in each of diseased places including Mangkeng village, Majiatu village of Yulin region in the north of Shaaxin province and Xianfeng village, Hanjia village of Bin county in the west of Shaaxin province and Changhaize village of Yulin region as the non diseased place.Collected by XAD 7 ,the organic compounds in them were extracted by methanol and acetone ,and identified by the instrument GC/MS/DS.There were 6 groups of organic compounds (12 kinds) among the samples of drinking water in the diseased places,including alkylhydroxyl dihydronaphthalene and phthalate which were harmful and whose relative contents were more than 74% in total organic compounds.There were 5 groups of organic compounds (7 kinds)in the sample of drinking water in the non diseased control place,in which the relative contents of the harmful were 33% .The particularly stronger absorbing peaks in infrared spectrograph of the samples of the diseased places were in 1 100 cm -1 ,1 630 cm -1 and 850 cm -1 ,which mainly included aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol and amide.The same absorbing peaks in the sample of the non diseased place were very lower,revealing distinct difference between the diseased places and the non diseased place.So we suppose benzene rings (including aromatic hydrocarbon and alkylphenol,etc) should be associated with KBD in the etiology.
