| Abstract: | This paper states the definition of port logistics and its 3 competitive styles. It introduces the logistics developing status of Dongjiang Terminal of Tianjin Port. Then it analyses in detail the outside and inner environment for the development of Dongjiang Terminal with PEST method and SWOT method. At last it puts forward strategic measures for raising logistics competitive advantage of Dongjiang Terminal of Tianjin Port. |
