落实以“一岗双责”为核心的安全生产责任制

  阐述目前国家安全生产形势及政府落实安全生产“两个负责制”的相关要求，分析落实以“一岗双责”为核心的安全生产责任制的必要性，指出建筑企业落实安全生产责任制过程中存在的问题，提出了各级领导、各系统管理部门和相关管理人员履行安全生产职责的内容、方法及考核建议，对企业安全生产工作的推进和落实，有一定的现实意义和指导意义。

Implementation of Safety Production Responsibility System with the Core of “One Position with Two Responsibilities”
