Symbol timing recovery with an adaptive interpolation

A symbol timing recovery with adaptive interpolation based on interpolation filter and equalizer is discussed and its performance is investigated by simulation.The simulation results show that the algorithm is better than Lagrange interpolator and LMS equalize algorithm.It can achieve a better performance and mitigate both timing error and inter-symbol interference due to multipath fading.
