摘    要:为改善CRH3型高速动车组阻力特性,对头型、风挡、空调等影响列车气动性能的部件进行了优化设计。为分析优化效果,采用有限体积法离散雷诺平均N-S方程和低雷诺数的k-ε两方程模型,采用压力修正的求解算法和多块对接的网格技术,通过大规模并行计算,对CRH3型动车组多种优化设计方案进行了精细化数值模拟评估。计算结果表明,所采用的优化措施可以有效降低动车组高速运行时的气动阻力。

The Optimization Design of Aerodynamics Resistance Characteristics of CRH3 High Speed Multiple Units

Abstract:In order to improve the resistance characteristics of CRH3 high speed multiple units,optimization designs are made for such parts affecting the aerodynamic performance of trains as the head shape,vestibule diaphragm and air-conditioning equipment.In order to analyze the optimization effect,the finite volume method,both the discrete reynold averaged N-S equation and the low reynolds number k-ε equation models are applied,with the pressure correction solution method and the multi-block joint grid technology,through the large-scale parallel calculation,the refinement numerical simulation estimation is made on several optimization design schemes for CRH3 multiple units.The calculation result shows that the optimization measures applied can effectively reduce the aerodynamic resistance of multiple units in high speed operation.
