| 摘 要： | 某款摩托新车投放市场用户骑行约5000km时,化油器阻风门手柄开关座凹槽和导轨进泥沙,手柄操纵摩擦力增大,手柄卡滞,导致阻风门无法关闭。针对这种情况,对化油器阻风门手柄结构及相关部件进行分析原因。

| Abstract: | When the operating mileage of a new motorcycle is 5 000 km,the the sediments always enter the the seat groove at the handle switch of carburetor choke and guide rail.The handle operation friction is increased,the handle is stuck,and the choke cannot be closed.In response to this situation,the paper analyzes the the carburetor choke handle structure and related components to solve the problems. |
