As a key area for the integration and innovation automobile and information technology, the intelligent connected vehicle industry is the the element for building the smart city and an important part of intelligent transportation system. Based on the research on the structure of intelligent connected vehicle industry, this paper analyzes the complete industrial chain from the three levels of perception, decision-making and execution, and proposes measures to accelerate the development of intelligent networked vehicle industry.
