铝合金车轮气门孔毛刺清理工具的创新设计

摘    要:摩托车铝合金车轮不管是真空轮,还是非真空轮,在生产过程中都必须钻气门孔,在钻好的气门孔外侧或多或少存在反毛刺,因而在钻气门孔后需要增加一道去毛刺工艺,现场去毛刺为员工用自己修磨的刀具手工去除,效率低,存在毛刺刮不到位和不平整现象,残留毛刺容易划破气门芯嘴,产生漏气而存在安全隐患,我们通过设计专用的去毛刺工具,确保毛刺清理效率高、强度低,产品质量稳定。

Abstract:To drill valve hole in the process of producing motorcycle aluminum alloy wheel (no matter vacuum and non-vacuum) is necessary. There are more or less anti-burrs on the outside of the drilled valve hole, so it needs a deburring process after drilling the valve hole. It is always conducted by a worker with tools. The efficiency is low, and there is burr scratching and unevenness, residual burrs are easy to scratch the valve core mouth, resulting in air leaks and potential safety hazards.We designed the dedicated deburring tool to perfect the high burr cleaning efficiency with low efforts. The product quality is stable.
