CB系列发动机油气分离装置的开发设计

摩托车发动机随着排量的增加,机油异常消耗和废气嘴喷机油情况也随之增加,因此很多发动机厂家通过对废气循环通道和废气嘴结构以及废气管结构做了一些改进,改进效果也不尽相同,涉及到的成本差异也大。作者根据CB发动机的机型结构特点,设计了一种废气嘴安装在气缸头侧盖上油气分离装置,通过将废气嘴设计在缸头侧盖上,较好地解决了废气嘴喷机油,机油异常消耗情况。

Development and Design of Oil and Gas Separation Device for CB Series Engines

With the increase of displacement of motorcycle engine, the abnormal consumption of oil and the situation of exhaust nozzle oil also increase. Many engine manufacturers have made some improvements on the structure of exhaust gas circulation passage, the exhaust nozzle structure, and exhaust pipe. They had different effects and the costs. According to the structural characteristics of the CB engines, the author designed an oil and gas separation device with the exhaust nozzle mounted on the side cover of cylinder head. It can better solve the problem of the abnormal consumption of the oil for exhaust nozzle.
