摘    要:本文采用接触非线性有限元技术,通过建立桥壳、主减速器壳、螺栓组有限元模型,在螺栓预紧力与结合面之间的相互关系影响下,分析在三种载荷工况下,桥壳与主减速器壳结合面之间的接触压力分布情况,并能得到应变最大的区域,找出易漏油区,对产品设计及以后的改善提供了可靠的依据。

Axle Housing Combination of Surface Contact with the Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:This paper uses a nonlinear finite element technique,through establishing the fi-nite element model of the axle housing、the main gear box and the bolt,analyzes the dist-ribution of contact pressure between the axle housing with the main gear box shell com-bination surface under three influence of load cases and the with the relationship of bolt preload and the combination of surface,and find out the largest area of strain and the ea-sy oil spill area.So,it can provide a reliable basis for product design and improvement.
