| 摘 要： | 分析目前铁路客运发展趋势和旅客服务系统的要求,提出将旅客服务集成管理平台应用于铁路旅客服务系统的解决方案,介绍旅客服务集成管理平台的设计思路、基本架构及其应用.在采用以铁路局为单位的集中管理模式下,通过系统配置,车站应具有正常和应急模式下不同的信息处理流程.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the trend of development for railway passenger transportation and the requirement of Railway Passenger Service System, proposed the project to apply the integrated management platform in the System, introduced the design thought, basic structure as well as its application. The integrated management model the System was used which taken railway administration as a unit, through the system configuration, the station should have the normal mode and emergency mode of different information process. |
