Abstract:It was analyzed the current situation of the Railway Freight Customer Service System in this thesis, presented the general architecture solution of structuring centralized Customer Service Information System for railway administration logistics enterprise, mainly researched on its system objective, architecture designing, technology selection and safety measure.
