| 摘 要： | 简述18×7类钢丝绳用于门座起重机容易出现内层绳(股)早期断裂和内层绳外逃现象的原因,分析对于该类钢丝绳在使用过程中加装防转器的弊端,提出多层股钢丝绳的合适结构,介绍非抗旋转钢丝绳在一些港口门机上的使用情况.

| Abstract: | It brief introduces the causes that the inner wires of the 18 ×7 kind of steel wire rope used in portal crane easily rupture in early employment and move out forward, and analyzes the defects to install the anti - torsion equipment to this kind of rope. Then it puts forward a suitable structure of steel wire rope with multi - layer of wires, and introduces the applications of the non - anti - torsion rope in portal cranes in other ports. |
