摘    要:IsoTruss是一种轻质多功能点阵材料,在轻量化应用方面有着广泛地应用前景。文章采用数值模拟方法,对比研究了四种节点形式的碳纤维IsoTruss结构抗压性能,得出8节点双重IsoTruss点阵材料的抗压力学性能综合表现最佳,为以后该材料在汽车零部件轻量化应用方面提供了一定参考。

Compressive Analysis of Carbon Fiber IsoTruss Lattice Sandwich Structure

Abstract:IsoTruss is a kind of lightweight multifunctional lattice material,which has a wide application prospect in lightweight applications.In this paper,the compressive properties of four kinds of carbon fiber IsoTruss structures are compared and studied by numerical simulation method.It is concluded that the compressive mechanical properties of 8-node double isotruss lattice material are the best,which provides a certain reference for the lightweight application of this material in automobile parts in the future.
