高职院校汽车专业教师职业能力提升路径研究

高职院校承担着为国家培养数量庞大的高素质劳动者的任务,且随着我国经济的不断发展与转型,对高职类院校的学生需求量逐年增加。高职院校的专业设置随着市场需求的变化而变化,专业设置灵活,市场衔接密切,对专业人才的需求越来越旺盛。但是由于高职院校教师的职业发展相关研究较少,教师个人对自己职业发展不清晰。文章主要分析了高职院校教师职业发展的现状,并分析具体原因,最后结合汽车专业教师提出解决的方案,以供参考。

Research on the Strategy of Ideological and Political Education of Automobile Major Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges undertake the task of training a large number of high-quality workers for the country,and with the continuous development and transformation of China's economy,the demand for students in higher vocational colleges is increasing year by year.The specialty setting of Higher Vocational Colleges changes with the change of market demand.The specialty setting is flexible and the market is closely linked.The demand for professional talents is more and more vigorous.However,due to the lack of relevant research on the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,teachers are not clear about their own professional development.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the specific reasons,and finally puts forward solutions for reference.
