城轨车辆地板减振降噪分析

摘    要:分析车下噪声在铝合金城轨车辆地板型材中的传播途径;分析自由组合结构损耗因子与模量比、厚度比之间的关系;对地板样件进行了隔声性能测试,试验结果表明该结构地板在全频率范围内都具有良好的隔声性能,隔声量达到40.8 d B。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the transmission route of noise for aluminum alloy floor profile under mass transit vehicle,and presents the relationship among independent assortment structural loss factors and modulus ratio,thickness ratio. Through the sound insulation property test of floor sample piece,the result shows that the floor structure has good sound insulation property in whole frequency range,and the sound transmission loss reaches 40.8 dB.
