| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了武汉、上海、长沙城轨项目的车外设备安装中多次出现的A4不锈钢材质的螺栓与达克罗表面处理的弹簧钢材质的垫圈配套使用时,导致垫圈生锈的现象,并利用双金属腐蚀原理进行理论分析和试验验证,最终提出预防措施和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a phenomenon of washer rusty in Shanghai,Wuhan and Changsha mass transit projects, which is Dacromet surface treated and installed outside the vehicle with A4 stainless steel bolts. Then the paper analyses it with bimetallic corrosion theoretics and validates it by test,finally puts forward the preventive measures and suggestions. |
