摘    要:超磁致伸缩致动器的输出性能主要取决于致动器内部磁场分布特性,进行致动器的磁场数值分析,对预估致动器工作性能参数具有重要的意义.文中利用有限元法进行了致动器的磁场分析,并根据磁场分析结果预估了超磁致伸缩致动器静态位移特性.实际测试了致动器的静态特性.实验结果表明所建立的有限元模型及分析方法是合理的.

Abstract:The output characteristic of GMA mainly depends on the distribution of magnetic field in Giant Magnetostrictive Materials.Therefore,making numerical analysis of magnetic field in GMA is of great significance to estimate the working performance parameters of GMA in advance.An axial symmetry model of GMA is built in this paper.Based on it,the magnetic field of the actuator is analyzed with finite element method,and the extension of giant magnetostrictive rod is calculated according to the analysis results.Finally,the static characteristic of GMA is tested.The experimental results show that the built finite element model and the analysis method are reasonable.
