黔桂铁路东江大桥3~#墩双壁钢围堰设计与施工

摘    要:结合黔桂铁路扩能改造工程东江大桥3#墩深水基础双壁钢围堰施工实例,介绍了河床地形参差不平且高差起伏较大情况下采用高低刃脚配合插板的双壁钢围堰方案进行深水基础施工,详述了双壁钢围堰的设计、制作、拼装接高、下沉定位、封底以及拆除方法。实践证明,该施工方案成功解决了无覆盖层或覆盖层很薄陡峭河床桥梁基础的施工难题,可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:With the construction of the dual-walled steel cofferdam for the deep-water foundation of the No.3 pier of the Dongjiang Bridge of the Qian-Gui Railway as a practical example,the construction plan for the dual-walled steel cofferdam with different edge feet in collaboration with inserted plates to be used for deep-water foundation in uneven riverbeds with comparatively great difference in elevation is described in detail in the paper,with stress laid on the design,making,assembling and lengthening,settling and locating,bottom-sealing,and removal of the dual-walled steel cofferdam.Construction practice shows that the present construction plan successfully solves the difficult problems in the construction of foundation for bridges in steep riverbeds and,therefore may serve as a useful reference for similar projects.
