摘    要:Web3D技术在海船轮机员实操训练和考核评估中的应用是一种创新和突破.利用Web3D技术建构具有交互功能的船舶电站三维场景,采用PHP动态网页技术,结合Ajax信息传送,以及Apache 服务器和MySQL数据库的使用,设计并实现了Web3D船舶电站在线考核评估系统.从系统设计原理的分析、在线考核评估系统功能的介绍、学员在线考核评估过程和教师评阅过程的实现,全面阐述该系统的整体结构及其使用功能.系统经海事主管机关的测试、应用后,取得令人满意的效果.
