摘    要:针对目前国内中小型沥青混合料拌和设备配置现有湿式除尘器除尘效率低、达不到环保要求,而配置布袋式除尘器又投资和使用费高、经济性差的问题,在应用“矩形悬挂降液管导流板塔板”专利技术的摹础上.研制开发了塔板式大通量高效除尘系统。该系统经环保部门检测和公路系统用户使用,不但除尘效果好、粉尘排放达到国标要求,而且设备结构简单、不易堵塞、投资与运行成本均较低。

Abstract:Aiming at problems of low efficiency of wet dust a high efficiency dust removing system is studied based diversion tower plate. The test and practical use prove that removing system, high cost of bag dust removing, on patent of rectangular suspension downcomer the system has high efficiency, simple structure,low cost.
