船底板架重量的优化

摘    要:本文以某一货船的底部板架作力参考板架,进行重量优化,探讨了纵桁数目、肋板数目、许用应力、纵桁位置等因素对板架最小重量的影响,对约40个板架设计作了优化计算。在文中采用了新的板架计算方法和新的非线性规划方法。计算表明,对板架的最小重量存在着最佳的纵桁数目和最佳的肋板数目,而设计应力稍加提高,有可能节省较多的重量。

Abstract:A reference grillage taken from a general cargo ship is used as the basis of optimization. The effects of the number of girders, the number of floors, the magnitude of permissible stress and the location of girders are investigated. About 40 grillage designs are optimized. New methods of analysis and searching are employed in this study. It is realized that there exist an optimal number of girders and that of floors for the minimum grillage weight, and a small amount raising of the permissible stress may bring in an apparent weight saving.
