采用二维条码实现内河船员证书管理新方式研究

针对内河船舶船员证书管理现状,本文提出采用PDF417二维条码技术进行内河船员证书管理新方法.结合二维条码的应用分析了该方法的具体优势,给出了基本解决方案及相应实现技术路线.该项研究将有助于提高内河船舶船员证书的防伪能力,加强内河船舶船员的动态管理,改善海事主管机关行政效率.

The Study on Certificate Management of River Crew By Two-dimensional Code
