离子氮化与离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合强度及强化机理

摘    要:研究了3CrW8V和M2基体进行离子氮化和离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合强度和强化机理。利用XRD法分析了涂层的相结构,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力,并用SME观察分子划痕形貌。结果表明,离子氮化与离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合力和硬度均高于TiN单层;合理的硬度度梯度分布、膜基界面冶金结合、TiN沉积过程中离子氮化ε-Fe2-3N相的含量减少,离子氮化过渡层对顶层TiN涂层有力的支撑作用,是复合涂层强化的主要原因。

Abstract:Bond strength and reioforcement mechanism of compound coating of ionitriding and ion plating TiN on 3Cr2W8V and M2 base metal are studied. The phase structure and bond strength of coating are analyzed and measured by XRD method and scratch method respectively, and the scratch appearance is observed and analyzed by SEM. It is shown by the results the bond strength and hardness of compound coating of ionitriding and ion plating TiN are superior to those of a single TiN coating. Reasonable distribution of hardness gradient, metallurgical bond of inteiface in film base, content reduction of ionitriding e - Fe2 -3 N phase in TiN depositing process and a firm support action of ionitriding intermediate layer on top TiN coating are the main fators to cause the compound coating reinforcement.
