| 摘 要： | 选择合适的停车设施,不仅能满足停车需求,也能取得良好的社会经济效益。首先阐述了停车设施的分类及特点,在分析停车设施选择影响因素的基础上,确定了停车设施选择评价指标体系,给出了采用灰色逼近理想解排序法对不同区域适宜的停车设施进行优劣排序的方法和步骤。然后,针对独立停车场建设项目,研究了采用客观条件逐层递进分析法选择合适的停车设施的步骤,构建了完整的停车设施选择综合评价体系。最后,以南京湖南路商业区附近一拟建停车场项目为例,利用该评价体系得出其适合采用机械式停车设施的结论。
