悬架调校对车身纵梁应力分布的影响

摘    要:针对某车型悬架调校后导致前纵梁支架失效的问题,建立了前、后悬架ADAMS虚拟仿真模型和有限元分析模型,分析了在各种工况下悬架调校前、后的前纵梁支架受力变化情况,找出了前纵梁失效的根本原因。针对该原因对悬架重新进行了调校,对纵梁支架进行了工艺改进,并采用有限元模型和试验进行了验证。结果表明,改进方案行之有效。

Abstract:Based on the failure of front longitudinal bracket after suspension tuning,we establish ADAMS virtual simulation model and FEA model of front and rear suspension,analyze the stress of front longitudinal bracket before and after suspension tuning under different working conditions,and find out the main cause of front longitudinal failure.Based on the cause,we tune the suspension and improve the technology of longitudinal bracket,apply FE model and test to verify them.The results show that the improved method is feasible.
