| 摘 要： | 专利给予发明人对其发明的产品或服务的合法垄断权.文章通过定位模型提出一个信息博弈,该博弈的策略形成了一个连续系统,并且展示了如何利用反应方程和逆推归纳法对其分析,针对船舶产品依靠专利保护来在市场竞争中求得生存与发展进行策略研究.

| Abstract: | Patent is a legal exclusive right of the invented products and services given to the inventor. In this paper, an information game is proposed via a positioning model. The strategies of the game compose a sequence system. How to use the reactive function and backwards induction to do analysis is showed and research on the strategies of patent protection that will be helpful to existence and development of ship products in the market competition is made. |
