自锚悬索桥异型主塔悬臂模板施工技术

摘    要:南京长江隧道工程江心洲右汉大桥设计为独塔自锚式悬索桥,其主塔截面外轮廓是由多段凹圆弧、凸圆弧及过渡小圆弧围成的变截面,截面圆弧随着高度变化其自身曲率连续不规则变化。通过对异型截面主塔的施工实践,着重阐述悬臂模板对异型截面主塔施工的适用性及其施工工艺和控制措施。

Abstract:Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Bridge is a single-column-tower and spatial cable self-anchored suspension bridge. The design of its single column tower is unique, with the variable cross-section, which is formed by muff-concave arc and small convex circular arc. Through construction practice of special-shaped main tower, construction technology of cantilever formwork and its application of control measures are discussed. The work can provide the appropriate reference on the similar projects.
