| Abstract: | This article describes the trend of the market demand and design philosophy of the handy-size multi-purpose vessel. This new concept of 30000DWT class multi-purpose vessel has been nominated as "Super-flex" type and has brought total 22 vessels in 4 Chinese yards with the intent of further orders from various shipping companies. |
