| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宁夏汉族人群中甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)基因多态性与乙型肝炎的相关性。方法应用PCR-RFLP方法检测111例宁夏汉族健康人、82例乙肝患者的MBL基因的多态性分布,并与其他汉族人群MBL基因多态性的分布进行比较。结果在宁夏汉族人群中,只检测出两种等位基因:野生型A和变异型B,未检出变异型C、D等位基因,发现健康人与乙型肝炎患者MBL基因多态性分布无显著性差异。结论MBL基因多态性与乙型肝炎不相关,但宁夏汉族MBL基因多态性与广东汉族相比有显著性差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the association between the hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and mannose binding lectin (MBL) gene polymorphisms in Han population in Ningxia.Methods MBL was genotyped using PCR-RFLP in 82 patients affected by HBV and 111 unrelated controls from Ningxia.And we compared the genotype and allele frequency of MBL in different Han population in China.Results We only found the A and B allele.There were no significant differences in MBL polymorphism distribution in patients and controls.Conclusion There was no association between MBL polymorphism and hepatitis B.And there was significant difference in MBL polymorphism distruibution among the Han population in Ningxia and Guangdong. |
