快速进给铣刀五坐标端铣加工刀位计算

摘    要:对快速进给铣刀五坐标端铣加工的基本原理进行了研究,指出使用快速进给铣刀进行端铣加工时,刀触点的法矢量不再像环形刀一样通过刀片的几何中心,由此求出了刀具有效切削半径.然后将快速进给铣刀刀具模型简化为半径等于有效切削半径的端铣刀,得到了后跟角的计算公式,并深入研究了后跟角的临界情况,严格推导出了由刀触点生成刀位点的计算公式.此外,对快速进给铣刀端铣加工中的误差进行了研究,得到了走刀步长与直线逼近误差的关系式.

Abstract:The fundamental of Five-axis End milling by High Feed Cutter was studied. It was found that the normal vector of cutting contact point did not pass through the blade' s geometric center any more when High Feed Cutter was adopted for End milling, which was different from Torus end-mill. After the effective cutting radius was obtained, the mathematical model of High Feed Cutter was created. Based on this model, the tilt angle' s formula was deduced, whose critical situation was also studied in detail; Finally, the precise formula for Tool Position Calculation was given. In addition, the error of Five-axis End milling by High Feed Cutter was explored too, and the relationship between feed length and linear approaching error was derived.
