改进型三电平空间矢量调制方法

摘    要:为了解决常规三电平空间矢量调制(Space Vector Modulation,SVM)方法中存在的额外开关损耗和窄脉冲问题,提出了一种改进型三电平空间矢量调制方法.该方法重新对矢量空间进行了划分,分为6大区域36小区域,并通过对合成矢量的开关序列的优化,实现了参考矢量从一个区域运动另外一个区域的平滑过渡,最大程度减小了额外开关损耗,避免了窄脉冲的产生.文中通过仿真及实验对所述方法的有效性进行了验证.

Abstract:In order to solve the additional switching loss and the narrow pulse problem of conventional three-level SVPWM, a novel improved scheme is proposed. It re-divide the space vector diagram into six large regions and thirty-six small regions. Then the suitable switch sequence is selected to realize a smooth transition and reduce the additional switching loss when reference vector rotate s from one re- gion to another. At the same time, the generation of narrow pulses can also be avoided in a large scale. The simulation and experiments results verify the validity of the proposed modulation scheme.
