摘    要:针对现有船用增压锅炉点火和火焰检测装置无逻辑保护功能,容易误操作的问题,提出了基于PLC的改进设计方案。利用PLC技术代替传统继电器控制回路,以逻辑保护模块为核心,将系统分为正常点火回路、应急点火回路、炉膛火焰检测回路、空气夹层火焰检测回路和报警回路;提出PLC配置方案和实现逻辑保护功能的方法;利用该方案研制新型增压锅炉点火与火焰检测装置,初步应用表面新装置大大减少船员的劳动量,提高系统的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:For the existing electric ignition and flame detection systems in marine supercharged boiler are of no logic protection function and easily lead to incorrect manipulation,an improved design method based on PLC is presented.Based on PLC technology rather than conventional relay control loop,the system is consisted of five sub-loops as follows: normal ignition loop,emergency ignition loop,boiler chamber flame detection loop,boiler sandwich flame detection loop and alarm loop.The configuration design of PLC and the application of logic protection function are introduced.This improved method,implemented on the new type equipment,leads to less work demands of crewman and improvement of system security and reliability.
