| 摘 要： | 从船舶废气锅炉积灰的主要成分及其危害出发，分析了引起废气锅炉换热面积灰的主要原因，并对松散性烟灰的沉积进行了理论分析，最后利用Ultra Fractal 5．03软件在计算机上对松散性烟灰的沉积进行了二维模拟。认为废气锅炉松散性烟灰的沉积过程，在换热面空间符合分形理论的CCA模型；松散性烟灰沉积到换热面上的团簇仍是可以扩散的；要控制烟灰的沉积，在实船上可以从控制烟灰粒子的数目、粒子的粘结性以及粒子的运动速度着手．
