基于分形理论的船舶废气锅炉烟灰沉积分析

摘    要:从船舶废气锅炉积灰的主要成分及其危害出发,分析了引起废气锅炉换热面积灰的主要原因,并对松散性烟灰的沉积进行了理论分析,最后利用Ultra Fractal 5.03软件在计算机上对松散性烟灰的沉积进行了二维模拟。认为废气锅炉松散性烟灰的沉积过程,在换热面空间符合分形理论的CCA模型;松散性烟灰沉积到换热面上的团簇仍是可以扩散的;要控制烟灰的沉积,在实船上可以从控制烟灰粒子的数目、粒子的粘结性以及粒子的运动速度着手.

Abstract:From the component and danger,this article analyzes the causes of ash sediment in the heat-exchanger space of the marine exhaust gas boiler,especially for the incompact ash. Then simulates the ash sediment for the incompact ash on the computer by means of Ultra Fractal 5. 03.
