| 摘 要： | 用单克隆抗体,ABC法对寻常型泛发性银屑病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行分析,结果显示:T淋巴细胞亚群数在退行期患者大致正常(P>0.05),T_(11)~+,T_4~+细胞和T_4/T_8比值在静止期进行期和患者显著减低,在进行期患者的下降更为显著(P<0.01)。说明寻常型泛发性银屑病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群失衡,其数值可能与病情的活动性有关。

| Abstract: | The lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of pa-tients with extensive psoriasis vulgaris were studied bybiotin--avidin--peroxidase method using monoclonalantibodies. The findings showed that the munber ofT lymphocyte subsets in regressive stage was within nor-mal range (P>0.05), the number of T_(11)~(+) cells and T_4~(+)cells, as well as T_4/T_8 ratio significanty decreased in stat-ic and progressive stage (P<0.01). These resultssuggest that there is imbalance of T lymphocyte subsetsin peripheral blood of the patients, and the value ofthose parameters may correlate with the disease activ-ity. |
