摘    要:针对传统的船用齿轮强度计算中所存在的缺陷和不足,以一对沿船体纵向布置的外啮合的渐开线标准斜齿圆柱齿轮传动为研究对象,以齿轮传动的体积和为最小目标函数,以小齿轮齿数、法面模数、螺旋角、齿宽系数为设计变量,通过应用模糊设计理论和可靠性设计理论,建立基于船体变形及齿间摩擦的斜齿轮传动的模糊可靠优化数学模型,然后利用遗传算法对其进行优化处理.由于本文考虑因素较周全,所用方法能够较全面地考虑各设计参数的随机性和模糊性,因而更能得出符合客观设计的优化解.
