冲击压实工艺在石环公路路基施工中的应用

摘    要:通过在石环公路路基施工中应用冲击压实工艺,表明冲击压实工艺在对土质路基基底冲压30遍时,基底压实度完全可满足不低于96%的要求,路基基底完成20cm左右的预沉降,且在每填高达到100cm时进行20遍的追密压实,也能完成3cm左右的预沉降。因此,冲击压实工艺不仅对公路路基的长久稳定起到了很好的作用,同时也为路面的长寿命提供了保证。

Abstract:Through application of impact compaction technology in the highway construction around Shijiaz-huang city,this paper indicates that when the process of stamping to the soil basement comes to 30 times,the basement compactness fully meets not less than 96% of the requirements,makes the foundation about 20 cm expected settlement,and when the filling reaches 100 cm high,20 times closely impact compaction can complete about 3 cm settlement.So the impact compaction technology not only plays a good role for the long life of the highway foundation,but also provides a guarantee to the pavement.
