| 摘 要： | 为了研究旅游和公务型运输通道内客流特征及公铁竞争力,对云南省昆明到大理、丽江和曲靖三个运输通道开展问卷调查,得到旅游型通道中,旅游客流主要由铁路承担,旅客对出行安全性、舒适性、经济性要求较高,而对时间要求不高,旅客出行需求多样化;公务型通道中,公务客流主要由城际铁路承担,公务旅客对时间较为敏感,对出行快捷性、经济性要求较高,需求相对单一.通过选取合适的指标,运用主成份分析法,对两种类型通道中公路和铁路的竞争力进行综合评价,得到目前昆明到大理和丽江旅游型通道中普通铁路提供的服务满足不了旅客的需求;昆明到曲靖公务型通道中,铁路运输竞争力强于公路运输.
