常州市综合交通模型在城市高架路规划中的应用

摘    要:介绍了常州市综合交通模型的总体架构,包括总体目标、模型结构、以及模型应用平台等。结合常州市高架路的规划建设,应用模型对高架路各个建设阶段的流量进行预测,分析高架路建设及运营对周边道路的交通影响,并根据预测结果提出周边道路系统完善措施,以保证整个高架路系统的运营和使用。

Abstract:This paper introduced the framework of the Changzhou Comprehensive Transportation Model System(CCTMS),which consists of such aspects as general goals,structural framework,and application platform.With the combination of the elevated road planning and construction in Changzhou,CCTMS was applied to predicting traffic volume of each construction phase,and to analyzing the impact of elevated road construction and operation on surrounding roads.Based on the prediction results,some measures to improve the surrounding roads were presented to ensure the operation and use of the elevated road system.
