| 摘 要： | 以城市轨道全寿命周期成本为基础，提出了城市轨道交通运营成本的模糊聚类估算模型. 并以石家庄城市轨道交通规划1号线为例，选取人均国内生产总值、总里程、敷设方式长度、敷设方式比率、车站总数量、敷设方式车站数量、车站比率、车辆数量、运营工作量和平均站距等14个特征属性，依据23条城市轨道交通线路为样本数据，按高运营成本和低运营成本两类，分别计算了地上线和地下线二种敷设方式的运营成本. 估算结果表明，地下线路敷设方式的城市轨道交通的运营成本为地上敷设方式的2倍左右.
