摘    要:城市道路交叉口各交通方式构成比例不同,对控制方案需求不一. 针对各种交通方式混行的信号控制交叉口,考虑道路使用率、出行者时间效率以及环境效益之间的协调关系,结合多目标规划模型的思想,以通行能力最大、车辆停车率及出行者平均延误最小为目标,以饱和度为约束条件,建立交叉口信号配时多目标优化模型. 根据不同交通状态下,各交通方式混合比例确定各性能指标的重要程度,最后运用遗传算法进行求解. 计算结果表明,配时参数多目标优化模型在综合性能指标下优于Webster算法,而且能较好地适应各交通状态的变化,使快、慢行交通协调运行.
