摘    要:钢索塔横梁的合龙安装状况直接影响到钢索塔的整体线形和几何精度,横梁合龙安装及其接口的制孔,是钢索塔安装的两个重要环节,其工艺设计和技术措施是安装质量控制的重点工作。简要介绍南京长江第三大桥钢索塔横梁合龙安装及其接口制孔的主要工艺设计,以及确保安装精度的技术措施。

Abstract:The closing installation conditions of steel pylon cross beams have direct influence on the global geometric shape and geometric precision of the pylon.The installation of such kind and the related interface hole boring are the two important links in the installation of overall pylon and the workmanship design and technical measures thereof are key to the installation quality control.In this paper,the principal workmanship design of closing installation and interface hole boring of the steel pylon cross beams of the 3rd Nanjing Changjiang River Bridge are briefly introduced and the technical measures that can ensure the installation precision are dealt with as well.
