280柴油机曲轴压套逃逸现象的研究

摘    要:通过对影响压套过盈联结可靠性的各种因素分析,对曲轴这样的零件,从设计角度提出了对影响过盈联结各种因素补偿方法的确定,从制造角度上通过利用滚压加工工艺,降低工艺孔的表面粗糙度值,并对组装工艺进行规范,提高了压套过盈联结的可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper,many factors to the reliability of the plug interference fit are analyzed.It gives the method to confirm the compensation of these factors while designing,and use surface rolling way to reduce the surface value of the technical hole while manufacturing,make a normative assemble planning,improve the reliability for interference fit of the plug.
