| 摘 要： | 针对长期航行于渤海区域及其它特殊区域的油船，机舱舱底的水不能排放入海，而机舱舱底水舱容积有限，无法留存过多的舱底水，本文对这一问题进行了深入分析，提出将机舱舱底水驳运至污油水舱以及应注意的事项，以解决舱底水污染海域的问题。

| Abstract: | The bilge water produced in oil tankers during prolonged voyage on Bohai Sea and other sea areas can＇t be discharged directly in to the sea, but the volume of engine room is not big enough for the extra bilge water, which is a problem deeply discussed in this paper. The paper also proposes way to solve the problem by lightering the polluted oily water into slop tanks. |
